摘 要:阐述了煤泥水浓缩系统手动加药方式存在的加药浓度不稳定,沉降效果差等问题;研制了一套智能浓缩加药控制系统,介绍了药剂自主制备技术方法及特点,分析了智能监测与自动投加的智能控制方法;通过在巴彦高勒煤矿选煤厂煤泥水浓缩系统的应用,实现了水质的在线监测,可根据水质变化自动调节加药量,避免了因人工加药量不精准造成的煤泥水沉降效果差和溢流水浓度过高等情况,减少了细泥积聚循环对重介分选质量与介耗的影响。This article elaborates on the problems of unstable dosing concentration and poor settling effect in the manual dosing method of coal slurry concentration system;We have developed an intelligent concentration and dosing control system,introduced the technology and characteristics of autonomous drug preparation,and analyzed the intelligent monitoring and automatic dosing control methods;Through the application of the coal slurry concentration system in the Bayan Gaole coal preparation plant,online monitoring of water quality has been achieved.The dosage can be automatically adjusted according to changes in water quality,avoiding situations such as poor settling effect of coal slurry and high concentration of overflow water caused by inaccurate manual dosage.This reduces the impact of fine mud accumulation and circulation on the quality and medium consumption of heavy medium separation.
