摘 要:浮选过程中,超细粒煤会影响粗颗粒煤的回收效率,这是因为超细颗粒煤与浮选试剂之间会相互作用,但是不同超细颗粒对不同浮选试剂的吸附情况尚不清楚,针对这一问题,研究了超细粒煤对粗粒煤浮选的影响。对3个煤样进行了浮选试验,结果表明,煤样中添加低灰分超细煤粒时,粗煤粒(>74μm)的回收率降低,而添加高灰分超细煤粒对其影响很小。通过接触角和润湿热的测量,研究了超细煤粉颗粒与浮选药剂的相互作用。结果表明,低灰分超细煤颗粒对捕收剂和起泡剂均有很强的吸附性,而高灰分超细煤颗粒对捕收剂吸附性较强,对起泡剂吸附性较弱,表明起泡剂在粗颗粒煤的回收中发挥了更重要的作用。In the flotation process,ultrafine coal particles can impact the recovery efficiency of coarse coal particles due to the interaction between ultrafine particles and flotation reagents.However,the adsorption of different ultrafine particles to different flotation reagents remains unclear.To address this issue,this study investigates the influence of that the addition of ultrafine coal particles with low ash content reduces the recovery rate of coarse coal particles(>74μm),whereas the addition of high ash ultrafine coal has little effect on the recovery rate.To understand the interaction between superfine pulverized coal particles and flotation agents,contact angle and wetting heat were measured.The findings reveal that ultrafine coal particles with low ash content have strong adsorption on collector and foaming agent,while ultrafine coal particles with high ash content have strong adsorption on collector and weak adsorption on foaming agent.These results suggest that foaming agent may play a more significant role in the recovery of coarse coal particles.
