摘  要:为了探究不同炼焦精煤按照不同比例混配后对煤质特性的影响,选择PLW、BJZ、HJW、DG以及KQ 5种原煤为研究对象,进行工业分析、岩相分析,解析单种煤基本煤质特性,并利用浮沉试验获得精煤样品;对精煤进行工业分析、岩相、吉氏流动度、黏结指数分析,为后续混配提供煤质数据;通过对不同比例混配的精煤样品进行分析,获得最优混配比例。通过精煤混配后发现,混配后的黏结指数不具有加权性,利用单种精煤的黏结指数计算得到其各配比后的黏结指数,其实测值均小于计算值。当HJW∶DG比例为1∶9时,黏结指数最高,为最优配比。基于炼焦精煤特性,炼焦精煤进行混配可以使不同种类的炼焦精煤发挥各自的优势,弥补单一煤种的不足,从而达到更好的混配效果,为后续炼焦精煤混配提供参考。To investigate the impact of blending different proportions of coking coal on coal quality,five types of raw coal,PLW,BJZ,HJW,DG,and KQ were selected as the study objects.First,basic coal quality characteristics were analyzed through proximate analysis and petrographic analysis of individual coal types.Float-sink tests were then conducted to obtain clean coal samples.These clean coal samples underwent further analysis,including proximate analysis,petrographic analysis,Gieseler fluidity and caking index analysis,to provide coal quality data for subsequent blending.The clean coal samples were then blended in different proportions and analyzed to identify the optimal blend ratio.The study further revealed that the caking index of the blended coal did not exhibit additive properties.The actual measured caking index values were consistently lower than those calculated based on the caking indices of individual coals.When the HJW ratio was 1∶9,the highest caking index was achieved,marking the optimal blend ratio.Based on the characteristics of coking coals,blending different types of coking coal can leverage their respective strengths and compensate for the deficiencies of individual coal types,thereby achieving better blending results.This provides valuable reference data for future industrial coking coal blending processes.
