摘  要:青龙寺选煤厂自2016年建成投产以来,一直采取的措施是将回收的细粒煤泥配掺至混煤中销售,为提高国能榆林能源公司的整体经济效益,洗选中心着手开展细煤泥可浮性试验研究工作。经有关试验研究分析,当回收精煤灰分为9.00%时,青龙寺煤泥可浮性等级为中等可浮。通过煤泥浮选降灰提质,可从煤泥中获取低灰高发热量的精煤和高灰低热值的尾煤,不仅可提高企业效益,而且也为行业内同类型选煤厂提供技术参考,促进行业发展。Since its completion and operation in 2016,the Qinglongsi Coal Preparation Plant has been taking measures to mix the recovered fine-grained coal slurry with mixed coal for sale.In order to improve the overall economic benefits of Yulin Energy Company,the washing center has started conducting research on the floatability of fine-grained coal slurry.According to relevant experimental research and analysis,when the recycled clean coal ash content is 9.00%,the floatability level of Qinglongsi coal slurry is moderate.By using coal slurry flotation to reduce ash and improve quality,clean coal with low ash and high calorific value and tail coal with high ash and low calorific value can be obtained from coal slurry.This not only improves enterprise efficiency,but also provides technical reference for similar coal preparation plants in the industry,promoting industry development.
