摘 要:针对翟镇选煤厂空气穿流压滤机回收浮选精煤过程中精煤物料被反吹回精矿桶时因喷溅造成的精煤损失现象,从人、机、料、法、环五个方面针对性地找出了影响返料喷溅的原因,基于BIM,提出返料缓冲的关键技术,在此基础上,结合翟镇选煤厂现场实际情况,设计了返料缓冲箱;返料缓冲箱的使用与改进,有效解决了返料喷溅现象,使得这部分浮选精煤全部顺利返回到精矿桶中,极大地改善了现场的工作环境,每天可降低2 t精煤损失量,1 a可创造经济效益85.8万元。In response to the splashing and loss of clean coal caused by the backflow of clean coal material back into the concentrate tank during the use of the air flow filter press for recovering flotation clean coal in Zhaizhen Coal Preparation Plant,the causes of the splashing phenomenon of clean coal were identified from five aspects:human,machine,material,method,and environment.Based on BIM,the key technology of return buffering was proposed.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of Zhaizhen Coal Preparation Plant on site,the design of the return buffering box was carried out.The on-site experimental results showed that the design,use,and improvement of the return buffering box effectively solved the problem of return splashing,enabling all flotation clean coal to be smoothly returned to the concentrate tank,greatly improving the work on site.The environment can reduce the loss of clean coal in coal preparation plants by up to 2t/d,one year can create an economic benefit of 858000 yuan.
