摘 要:针对北辛窑煤矿11090工作面煤层瓦斯聚集,无法划分目标区域突出危险程度的问题,建立AHP-模糊概率瓦斯等级划分模型,采用底板巷穿层钻孔配合水力冲孔增透法预抽回采区瓦斯,通过监测工作面瓦斯含量以及回采过程中工作面敏感指标和瓦斯浓度,结果表明:5号层残余瓦斯含量为2.11~5.90 m 3/t,残余瓦斯压力小于0.21 MPa,瓦斯解吸指标最高为180 Pa,钻屑量最大为3.6 kg/m,钻孔涌出瓦斯最大初速度为2.86 L/min,均小于规定的临界值,瓦斯分级治理效果显著。Aiming at the problem that coal seam gas accumulation in 11090 workingface of Beixinyao Coal Mine cannot be divided into the danger degree of outburst in the target area,an AHP-fuzzy probability gas classification model is established,and the gas in the mining area is pre-extracted by using the floor roadway penetration drilling combined with hydraulic punching and anti-reflection method.Through monitoring the gas content of the working face,the sensitive indicators of the working face and the gas concentration in the mining process,The results show that:The residual gas content of Layer 5 is 2.11~5.90 m 3/t,the residual gas pressure is less than 0.21 MPa,the maximum gas desorption index is 180 Pa,the maximum drilling cuttings is 3.6 kg/m,and the maximum initial gas emission velocity is 2.86 L/min,all of which are less than the specified critical value.The gas classification treatment effect is remarkable.
