摘　　要：目的检索、评价并提取老年髋部骨折患者血液管理最佳证据。方法遵循“6S”证据模型依次检索国内外相关数据库和网站,对纳入文献进行质量评价,提取并整合同一类别的证据内容。结果最终纳入文献12篇,包括指南4篇、专家共识4篇、系统评价4篇,从血液管理原则、术前血液管理、术中血液管理、术后血液管理4个方面总结了21条最佳证据。结论老年髋部骨折患者血液管理相关证据可为临床医护人员提供循证证据,建议医护人员根据临床实际情景应用证据,通过科学、规范的筛查与管理,帮助患者改善预后,提高其生活质量。Objective To retrieve,evaluate and extract the best evidence of blood management on elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods Followed with the"6S"evidence model,the relevant data and websites at home and abroad were searched in turn,and the quality of the included literature was evaluated,the evidence content of the same category were extracted and integrated.Results Finally,a total of 12 articles that included 4 guidelines,4 expert consensuses,and 4 systematic reviews were summarized 21 best evidences from 4 aspects which were blood management principles,preoperative blood management,intraoperative blood management,and postoperative blood management.Conclusion The summarized evidence on blood management on elderly patients with hip fracture can provide evidence-based evidence for clinical medical staff.It suggests that medical staff should apply evidence according to the actual clinical situation and help patients improve their prognosis and quality of life through scientific and standardized screening and management.
