急诊头皮开放性伤口清创术的护理配合研究

摘　　要：目的:探究急诊头皮开放性伤口清创术的护理。方法:2024年1月~2025年1月,取我院急诊头皮开放伤78例患者,以抽签法随机分组,对照组39例+常规护理,观察组39例+优质护理,对比组间价值。结果:干预后,观察组负性心理、VAS(视觉模拟评分)评分、并发症、满意度数值均较对照组更佳(P<0.05)。结论:头皮开放性伤口清创术围术期行优质护理获确切效用。Objective:To investigate nursing of debridement of open wounds of the scalp in the emergency department.Methods:From January 2024 to January 2025,78 patients with open wounds of the scalp in the emergency department of our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into groups by the method of drawing lots.The group(39 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(39 cases)received high-quality nursing.The values between the groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the negative psychological state,VAS(Visual Analogue Scale)score,complications,and satisfaction values of the observation group were all better than those the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing in the perioperative period of debridement of open wounds of the scalp has definite effect.
