心理疏导联合精神护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析在精神分裂症患者中,心理疏导联合精神护理的应用效果。方法选取本院2023年1月至2024年12月间90例精神分裂症患者作为观察对象,采取数字表法,分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(心理疏导联合精神护理),各45例,比较应用效果。结果干预后,观察组的HAMA评分与HAMD评分低于对照组,(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的BPRS评分与SDSS评分低于对照组,(P<0.05)。观察组的ITAQ评分高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者进行心理疏导和精神护理,可以明显改善其精神状态,促进患者的心理健康。Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological counseling combined with psychiatric nursing in patients with schizophrenia.MethodsA total of 90 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the observation objects,and they were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(psychological counseling and psychiatric nursing),with 45 cases in each group,and the application effect was compared.ResultsAfter intervention,the HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,(P<0.05).After intervention,the BPRS score and SDSS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,(P<0.05).The ITAQ score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological counseling and psychiatric care for patients with schizophrenia can significantly improve their mental state and promote their mental health.
