摘 要:缩减城乡收入差距、扎实推动共同富裕是实现农村高质量发展的重要任务,也是中国式现代化建设的必由之路。基于省级、地级市、县域三个维度面板数据,基于城乡一体化发展视角,运用固定效应模型、中介效应模型分析检验农旅融合对城乡收入差距的影响。研究发现:农旅融合对城乡收入差距产生了显著的抑制效果,这一结论经一系列检验方法验证后依然稳健;机制分析表明,农旅融合主要通过加快农业现代化进程和增强农村品牌竞争力来提升农村居民收入水平,进而缩减城乡收入差距;异质性分析显示,由于各地区文旅融合水平和乡村数字化水平的不同,农旅融合对城乡收入差距的影响存在显著差异。在此基础上,提出了加快农业旅游资源的合理开发和利用、强化政策引领提升农村现代化水平和农村品牌竞争力、合理设定农旅融合发展目标、打造特色农村旅游产品品牌、充分释放农旅融合红利等政策建议。Narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas and solidly promoting common prosperity are important tasks for realizing high-quality rural development,and also a necessary path for the construction of Chinese modernisation.From the perspective of urban-rural integrated development,the impact of agro-tourism integration on narrowing the urban-rural income gap is analyzed based on panel data in such three dimensions as provincial,prefectural and county from the perspective of urban-rural integrated development,using fixed-effects model and mediated-effects model,etc.The study reveals that:the agro-tourism integration has a significant inhibitory effect on the urban-rural income gap,and this conclusion is still robust after being verified by a series of testing methods;the mechanism of analysis shows that agro-tourism integration mainly raises the income level of rural residents by accelerating the process of agricultural modernisation and enhancing the competitiveness of rural brands,thereby narrowing the urban-rural income gap;heterogeneity analysis shows that there are significant differences in the impact of agro-tourism integration on the urban-rural income gap due to the differences in the level of cultural and tourism integration and the level of rural digitisation in each region.On this basis,policy suggestions are put forward to accelerate the rational development and use of agro-tourism resources,strengthen policy guidance to improve the level of rural modernization and rural brand competitiveness,reasonably set the development goal of agro-tourism integration,create distinctive rural tourism product brands,and fully release the dividends of agro-tourism integration.
