摘  要:为了研究页岩气地面管线在含CO_(2)和细菌条件下腐蚀穿孔原因,利用高温高压釜研究了模拟工况下L360N、抗菌钢、L360N渗氮钢的耐冲蚀性能,采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、激光共聚焦显微镜对试样表面微观形貌和腐蚀深度进行分析。结果表明,L360N、L360N渗氮钢、抗菌钢的冲蚀速率分别为0.3016 mm/a、0.2726 mm/a、0.1363 mm/a,冲蚀深度分别为30.215μm、23.788μm、13.803μm,腐蚀产物主要为FeS、FeCO_(3),流体对腐蚀产物膜的剪切加速腐蚀产物脱落。3种材料的耐冲蚀性能由强到弱依次为抗菌钢、L360N渗氮、L360N,研究结果为页岩气管道腐蚀防控领域提供数据支持和理论依据。To explore causes of corrosion perforation in shale gas surface pipelines under CO_(2)rich conditions and bacteria,a high temperature and pressure autoclave experimental setup was utilized to investigate corrosion resistance of L360N,antibacterial steel,and nitrogen⁃doped L360N under simulated conditions.Surface morphology and corrosion depth of the samples were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy,and laser confocal microscopy.Results indicate that the erosion rates of L360N,nitrogen⁃doped L360N,and antibacterial steel are 0.3016 mm/a,0.2726 mm/a,and 0.1363 mm/a,respectively,with erosion depths of 30.215μm,23.788μm,and 13.803μm.Corrosion products are FeS and FeCO_(3).Shear of the corrosion product film by the fluid will promote the erosion of the corrosion product.The corrosion resistance performance of the three materials from strong to weak is antibacterial steel,nitrogen⁃doped L360N,L360N.The relevant research results provide data support and theoretical basis for the field of shale gas pipeline corrosion prevention and control.
