摘 要:为了研究埋地输送管道泄漏后的影响和危害,利用ICEM进行模型建立与网格划分,采用Fluent数值模拟方法,从扩散云图、监测点浓度变化、高度方向的危害距离三方面对埋地输气管道泄漏扩散全过程进行分析,可为降低事故伤亡和财产损失提供理论依据。研究表明,埋地输气管道泄漏在土壤中浓度分布近似呈圆形,当天然气溢出地面后,浓度分布由圆形向放射状过渡;土壤和空气中甲烷爆炸下限边界增加速率更快;泄漏孔径、输送压力、土壤颗粒直径、土壤孔隙度越大及管道敷设深度越浅,天然气泄漏扩散范围越大,扩散速度越快,其高度方向的危害距离也增大;向下泄漏扩散范围最小,侧壁泄漏次之,向上泄漏范围最大。In order to study the influence of buried gas pipeline leakage,ICEM was used for modeling and grid division.Fluent numerical simulation method was adopted to analyze the whole process of leakage diffusion of buried gas pipeline from diffusion cloud,concentration change of monitoring pointand vertical hazard distance,which can provide a theoretical basis for reducing casualties and property losses in accidents.Study shows that the concentration distribution of buried gas pipeline leakage in the soil is approximately circular,and when the natural gas overflows to ground,concentration distribution is transitioned from circular to radial;the lower limit boundary of methane explosion in soil and air increases faster;the larger the leakage aperture,delivery pressure,soil particle diameter,soil porosity and the shallower the depth of pipeline laying,the larger the natural gas leakage diffusion range,the faster the diffusion rate,and vertical hazard distance also increases.Downward leakage diffusion range is the smallest,the sidewall leakage is the second largest,and the upward leakage range is the largest.
