摘  要:为了研究EH47钢静态和动态过冷奥氏体连续冷却转变(CCT)过程,进行了不同条件下的CCT试验,根据不同冷却速度下的温度-膨胀量曲线、显微组织和维氏硬度,绘制出EH47钢的动态和静态CCT曲线。结果表明,在1~200℃/s的冷却速度范围内,随着冷却速度的增加,静态CCT试样的组织由铁素体转变为贝氏体,而动态CCT试样的组织为铁素体转变为贝氏体,再转变为马氏体;相比较于静态CCT曲线,动态CCT曲线向左下方移动,铁素体转变区域减少,贝氏体转变区域增加,出现了新的马氏体转变区域;在1~200℃/s的冷却速度范围内,静态CCT试样和动态CCT试样的维氏硬度随着冷却速度的增加而增加。In order to study the transformation process of static and dynamic undercooling austenite in EH47 steel,CCT tests were carried out under different conditions,and the dynamic and static CCT curves of EH47 steel were drawn according to the temperature⁃expansion curve,microstructure and Vickers hardness at different cooling rates.The results show that the microstructure of static CCT samples changes from ferrite to bainite,while that of dynamic CCT samples changes from ferrite to bainite and then to martensite with the increase of cooling rate in the range of 1~200℃/s.Compared with the static CCT curve,the dynamic CCT curve moves to the lower left,the ferritic transition area decreases,the bainite transition area increases,and a new martensitic transition area appears.In the cooling rate range of 1~200℃/s,the Vickers hardness of static CCT sample and dynamic CCT sample increased with the increase of cooling rate.
