焊管在掺氢管道中的应用——以国内煤气管道为例

摘　　要：随着国内掺氢煤气管道建设速度的加快,以煤层气为代表的掺氢输送管道逐渐得到广泛应用。为了保障掺氢煤气管道的建设和有效运行,通过分析管道输送介质、梳理典型的在役掺氢煤气管道建设及运行情况。研究发现,螺旋埋弧焊管及直缝埋弧焊管均成功应用于高氢含量燃气的输送,且掺氢煤气管道平稳运行多年。这几条典型的煤气长输管道输送介质中氢气体积分数最大为73.5%,氢气分压最大为1.68 MPa,L245钢级(或20钢)强度等级甚至X52/L360钢级的螺旋埋弧焊管能够安全用于较高氢分压的高掺氢燃气长输管道。最后,结合我国高含氢煤气长输管道和城市燃气管道的应用经验,建议大力推广天然气掺氢输气管线的建设。The construction of hydrogen transportation pipelines has significantly accelerated in recent years,and hydrogen doped pipelines are an important component.The transportation and use of high hydrogen gas has a history of decades in China.In order to provide strong support for the construction of hydrogen doped pipelines,it is necessary to sort out the past hydrogen doped coal gas pipelines.The construction and operation of several typical long⁃distance coal gas pipelines in China are analyzed and researched,which transport artificial gas or coke oven gas as the main components,all of which are hydrogen gas.The results show that both submerged arc helical welded pipes and submerged arc longitudinal welded pipes have been successfully used for the transportation of high hydrogen content gas and have been running smoothly for many years.The volume fraction of hydrogen in the medium transported by these typical long⁃distance gas pipelines is as high as 73.5%,with a maximum partial pressure of 1.68 MPa.In summary,submerged arc helical welded pipes of grade L245(or 20 steel)strength grade and even X52/L360 grade can be safely used for high hydrogen partial pressure high hydrogen gas long⁃distance pipelines.Based on the experience of high hydrogen gas long⁃distance pipelines and urban gas pipelines in China,it is recommended to vigorously promote the pilot and promotion of hydrogen blending in natural gas pipelines in China.
