摘 要:为了研究不同激光焊接工艺参数对CT150连续管焊接接头性能的影响,对不同焊接工艺下焊接接头形貌、强度和硬度进行了对比分析,确定了典型焊接工艺,并对典型工艺条件下接头的组织和性能进行了检测分析。结果显示,随着焊接速度提高,焊接接头抗拉强度先升后降,熔宽变大,硬度降低;焊接功率提高,接头的强度、熔宽和硬度均呈上升趋势;激光焦距变大,接头的强度、熔宽和硬度均呈上升趋势。研究表明,在焊接功率12 kW、焊接速度4.2 m/min、激光焦距2 mm的典型工艺条件下,接头的抗拉强度达到1074 MPa,焊缝正面和背面的熔宽分别为0.96 mm和0.91 mm,焊缝区显微硬度值为420HV_(1.0)~440HV_(1.0),临界区硬度为330HV_(1.0)~341HV_(1.0),粗晶区硬度最高,临界区硬度最低。In order to study the influence of different welding processes on laser welding on CT 150 coilded tubing plate,the welded joint morphology,strength and hardness under different welding process conditions,and the microstructure and properties of the joint under the typical process conditions were comparatively analyzed.The results show that with the increase of welding speed,the strength of welded joint increases first and then decreases,the welding width increases and the hardness decreases.With the increase of welding power,the strength,width and hardness of the joint are increased.With the increase of laser focal length,the strength,width and hardness of the joint are increasing.The research shows that under the typical welding power of 12 kW,welding speed of 4.2 m/min and laser focal length of 2 mm,the tensile strength of the joint reaches 1074 MPa,the welding width of the front and back of the weld is 0.96 mm and 0.91 mm respectively,and the microhardness value of the weld zone is 420HV_(1.0)~440HV_(1.0).The hardness of the critical zone is 330HV_(1.0)~341HV_(1.0)the hardness of the coarse crystal zone is the highest,and the hardness of the critical zone is the lowest.
