摘　　要：为推动传统手工艺的持续发展并助力地方经济文化的繁荣,从服务设计角度探索传统手工艺在地化创新的设计策略。以塔山湖柳编技艺为案例,明确了目标用户群体特征及其需求,运用用户旅程图方法分析服务过程中的痛点与潜在机遇,进而实施了创新设计实践。通过服务设计的理论与方法,为柳编技艺乃至其他传统手工艺的现代化转型,提出了一条切实可行的创新发展路径。不仅为塔山湖柳编技艺提供了具体的设计方案,也为其他手工艺的现代转型提供了宝贵的经验借鉴。To promote the sustainable development of traditional handicrafts and boost the prosperity of local economies and cultures,this study explores design strategies for the localized innovation of traditional handicrafts from a service design perspective.Taking the Tashan Lake willow weaving technique as a case study,the characteristics and needs of the target user groups are identified.The user journey mapping method is employed to analyze the pain points and potential opportunities in the service process,leading to the implementation of innovative design practices.Through the theories and methods of service design,a practical and feasible path for the modern transformation of willow weaving and other traditional handicrafts is proposed.This study not only provides specific design solutions for the Tashan Lake willow weaving technique but also offers valuable experience for the modern transformation of other handicrafts.
