摘 要:钢管混凝土结构内部的密实性对钢管混凝土的受力性能影响较大,因此,对钢管混凝土的密实度进行精细化检测具有重要意义。试验设计了6个矩形钢管混凝土试件,基于超声波法,探究了钢管混凝土浇筑时的振捣情况对其密实度的影响。结果表明,经过充分振捣后的试件其波速、振幅和频率值均接近同批浇筑立方体试块的值;未振捣试件的波速、振幅和频率值普遍小于充分振捣试件的值,且未振捣试件的波速、振幅和频率值自钢管顶部至底部逐渐降低。因此,混凝土浇筑时的振捣情况对钢管混凝土结构内部的密实性有较大影响。The compactness inside the steel reinforced concrete structure has a significant impact on the mechanical properties of the steel reinforced concrete.Therefore,it is of great significance to finely detect the compactness of the steel reinforced concrete.Six rectangular steel tube concrete specimens were designed for the experiment,and based on the ultrasonic method,the influence of vibration during the pouring of steel tube concrete on its compactness was explored.The results showed that after sufficient vibration,the wave velocity,amplitude,and frequency values of the specimens were close to those of the same batch of poured cubic specimens,indicating good compactness;The wave velocity,amplitude,and frequency values of un vibrated specimens are generally lower than those of fully vibrated specimens,and the wave velocity,amplitude,and frequency values of un vibrated specimens gradually decrease from the top to the bottom of the steel pipe;The waveform of the un vibrated specimen showed significant distortion compared to the fully vibrated specimen.Therefore,the vibration during concrete pouring has a significant impact on the compactness inside the steel tube concrete structure.
