摘 要:稻壳灰具有较高的比表面积和火山灰活性,其活性甚至超过粉煤灰。稻壳灰掺入土体中能取得显著的增强加固效果。本研究深入探讨了稻壳灰在增强膨胀性泥岩工程性质方面的作用机制和应用效果。通过直接剪切试验和正交实验,研究了稻壳灰对膨胀性泥岩的改良效果。结果显示,稻壳灰显著提高了膨胀性泥岩的抗剪强度和剪切模量。极差和方差分析的结果显示,在稻壳灰掺量、养护龄期以及试件压实度这三个影响因素当中,稻壳灰掺量所产生的影响最为显著,试件压实度次之,试件养护龄期的影响最小。Rice husk ash has high specific surface area and pozzolanic activity,and its activity even exceeds that of fly ash[1].When rice husk ash is mixed into soil,remarkable reinforcement effect can be obtained.In this study,the mechanism and application effect of rice husk ash in enhancing the engineering properties of expansive mudstone were discussed.The improvement effect of rice husk ash on expansive mudstone was studied by direct shear test and orthogonal experiment.The results show that rice husk ash significantly improves the shear strength and shear modulus of expansive mudstone.The results of range and variance analysis show that among the three influencing factors of rice husk ash content,curing age and compaction degree of test piece,the influence of rice husk ash content is the most significant,followed by the compaction degree of test piece,and the influence of curing age of test piece is the least.
