摘 要:为明确桥梁墩柱在钢筋套筒连接偏差情况下的受力性能,以某大桥5#墩柱中N1主筋套筒连接施工为工程背景,建立了一种适用于剥肋滚轧直螺纹钢筋套筒连接的精细化分析方法。该方法首先利用Midas Civil软件进行墩柱整体结构的受力计算以获得最不利内力,然后利用ABAQUS软件对墩柱进行精细化仿真分析。按实际尺寸对混凝土、钢筋与套筒进行实体建模,混凝土与套筒采用八节点六面体线性减缩积分单元(C3D8R),钢筋采用两节点线性三维桁架单元(T3D2),套筒与钢筋之间面和面之间采用垂直方向硬接触切向无摩擦的Rigid接触单元,钢筋及套筒与混凝土采用内置方式,网格尺寸采用10 mm,在丝头位置利用子网格技术进行加密,采用映射方法进行网格剖分等方法进行精细化建模;计算各部件的Mises应力及最大剪切应力,并与规范强度比较验证各部件的安全性,通过相关试验验证精细化仿真分析方法的有效性。结果表明:钢筋套筒连接在偏差情况下,该墩柱满足规范安全性要求,仿真分析与试验的结果比较吻合,套筒应力误差为0.08%,钢筋应力误差0.05%。In order to clarify the stress performance of bridge piers and columns under the condition of steel bar sleeve connection deviation,a refined analysis method suitable for rib stripping and rolling straight threaded steel bar sleeve connection was established based on the construction of N1 main steel bar sleeve connection in the 5#pier column of a certain bridge as the engineering background.This method first uses Midas Civil software to calculate the overall stress of the pier column structure to obtain the most unfavorable internal force,and then uses ABAQUS software to perform refined simulation analysis on the pier column.Solid modeling of concrete,steel bars,and sleeves is carried out according to actual dimensions.Eight node hexahedral linear reduced integral elements(C3D8R)are used for concrete and sleeves,two node linear three-dimensional truss elements(T3D2)are used for steel bars,vertical hard contact tangential frictionless rigid contact elements are used between sleeves and steel bars,steel bars and sleeves are embedded with concrete,and the mesh size is 10 mm.Sub grid technology is used for refinement at the screw head position,and mapping methods are used for mesh meshing for fine modeling;Calculate the Mises stress and maximum shear stress of each component,and compare them with the standard strength to verify the safety of each component.Verify the effectiveness of the refined simulation analysis method through relevant experiments.The results show that under the condition of deviation,the reinforced sleeve connection meets the safety requirements of the specifications for the pier column.The simulation analysis is in good agreement with the experimental results,with a sleeve stress error of 0.08%and a reinforcement stress error of 0.05%.
