张家口市主城区低效用地特征研究

摘　　要：在新型城镇化与存量规划的背景下,我国实施了严格的耕地保护政策与占补平衡制度,城市的发展模式从原来的外延式扩张转变为内涵式发展,低效用地的再开发利用成为满足城镇未来建设需求的关键。以张家口市主城区低效用地的识别结果为研究样本,通过实地调研、定性定量分析等多元的方法,对主城区低效用地的类型、空间分布、占地面积、设施配给等四个方面进行分析,试图总结出张家口市主城区低效用地的特征,为其下一步再开发工作指明方向以及为如何实现我国城市高质量发展提供支持。Under the background of new urbanization and stock planning,China has implemented a strict arable land protection policy and balance of occupancy and replenishment system,and the development mode of the city has changed from the original epitaxial expansion to the connotative development,and the redevelopment and utilization of the low utility land has become the key to satisfy the future construction demand of the town.This paper takes the identification results of low utility land in the main urban area of Zhangjiakou City as a research sample,and analyzes the type,spatial distribution,land area,and facility allocation of low utility land in the main urban area through field research,qualitative and quantitative analyses and other multifaceted methods,in an attempt to summarize the characteristics of the low utility land in the main urban area of Zhangjiakou City,and to provide directions for the next step of redevelopment and support for the realization of high-quality development of China's urban areas.It also provides support for the realization of high-quality urban development in China.
