摘 要:当今,EPC联合体已成为较普遍的总承包方式,适用于工期紧、规模大、任务重的建设项目,但在投标阶段易存在施工图出具滞后的现象,联合体内部沟通等问题也加大了总承包商投标决策的难度。因此,以EPC联合体为视角,运用DEMATEL方法,建立EPC联合体投标决策风险指标体系,从政治与社会风险、自然环境风险、经济风险、联合体内部风险与技术风险五大维度进行分析,识别各维度二级风险指标,并计算各因素指标的影响度、被影响度、中心度与原因度,依据中心度数值大小进行排序,由此提出相关对策与建议,以期为该领域研究提供参考。Today,EPC consortium has become a more common way of general contracting,suitable for construction projects with tight schedule,large scale and heavy tasks,but in the bidding stage,there is a tendency to lag in the issuance of construction drawings,and problems such as internal communication of the consortium have also increased the difficulty of the general contractor's bidding decision.Therefore,from the perspective of EPC consortium,this paper uses DEMATEL method to establish the risk index system of EPC consortium bidding decision,analyzes from five dimensions:political and social risk,natural environmental risk,economic risk,internal risk of consortium and technical risk,and identifies secondary risk indicators of each dimension.The influence degree,influence degree,centrality degree and cause degree of each factor index are calculated,and sorted according to the value of centrality degree,so as to put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide reference for the research in this field.
