摘　　要：研究旨在探讨非公有制企业行业年检与合同规范在缴存住房公积金过程中的重要作用,分析当前存在的问题,并提出相应的改进措施。通过加强行业年检和合同规范,共同构建起坚实的防线,确保住房公积金制度的有效实施,保障职工的合法权益,促进社会的稳定与和谐发展。This study aims to explore the important role of industry annual inspection and contract standardization in the process of depositing housing provident fund in non-public enterprises,analyze the current problems,and propose corresponding improvement measures.By strengthening industry annual inspections and contract standards,we can jointly build a solid defense line to ensure the effective implementation of the housing provident fund system,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees,and promote social stability and harmonious development.
