摘 要:随着我国乡村振兴战略的深入推进,乡镇农村劳动力的培训与就业问题日益凸显,成为推动农村经济发展和实现乡村振兴的关键环节。研究深入剖析了当前乡镇农村劳动力培训的现状,同时针对培训过程中存在的问题进行了详细的分析。在此基础上,研究进一步探讨了构建有效的就业促进机制,包括政策引导、模式创新、校企合作、服务平台建设、就业跟踪服务等策略,旨在为提高乡镇农村劳动力素质、增强其就业能力、促进其稳定就业提供全面的理论参考和实践指导,为乡村振兴战略的实施提供有力的人才保障。With the deepening implementation of China's rural revitalization strategy,the issue of training and employment of rural labor in townships and villages has become increasingly prominent,and it is a key link in promoting rural economic development and achieving rural revitalization.This study thoroughly analyzes the current situation of rural labor training in townships and villages,and conducts a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the training process.On this basis,the paper further explores the construction of effective employment promotion mechanisms,including strategies such as policy guidance,model innovation,school-enterprise cooperation,platform construction,and employment tracking services.The aim is to provide comprehensive theoretical references and practical guidance for improving the quality of rural labor in townships and villages,enhancing their employment capabilities,and promoting their stable employment.This is intended to provide strong talent support for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
