摘  要:提出了一种基于蓝牙频段的微带阵列天线匚型缺陷地解耦结构设计,通过在接地板上刻蚀一个匚字型的槽结构,使天线阵列获得高隔离度并显著减少阵元间的相互耦合。含匚型缺陷地解耦结构的微带天线由2个尺寸为29.2 mm×29.2 mm的正方形贴片构成,基板厚度为1.6 mm,具有结构简单、尺寸小、质量轻等优点。利用HFSS仿真软件实现了含匚型缺陷地解耦结构微带天线阵列的分析过程。仿真结果显示,所提解耦结构使天线降低了-75 dB的互耦合,改善了天线的高隔离度,同时保证了贴片天线在既定的工作频段(2.4~2.48 GHz)基本不变,相比于不加解耦结构的微带天线主辐射增益提高了0.3 dB。所提解耦结构通过调整贴片天线的表面电流分布使其产生带阻特性,从而获得所需的辐射和解耦性能,使主辐射方向图得到显著改善,可广泛应用于无线通信系统。A design method of the defected ground decoupling structure for the microstrip antenna-array based on the Bluetooth frequency band is proposed.By etching a bench-type defected ground decoupling structure on the ground plate,the high isolation can be achieved and the mutual coupling between the elements can be significantly reduced.The microstrip antenna with a bench-type defected ground decoupling structure is composed of two square patches with a size of 29.2 mm×29.2 mm,with a substrate thickness of 1.6 mm,which has the advantages of simple structure,small size and light weight.The analysis process of the microstrip antenna-array with a bench-type defected ground decoupling structure is simulated using the HFSS simulation software.The results show that the proposed structure reduces the mutual coupling of the array element by-75 dB,improves the high isolation between the elements,and ensures that the patches remain unchanged in the frequency band(2.4~2.48 GHz).Moreover,compared with the microstrip antenna without a decoupling structure,the main-beam radiation gain of the array increases by 0.3 dB.The proposed decoupling structure adjusts the surface current distribution to achieve band-stop characteristic.The desired radiation and decoupling performances are obtained,and the main-beam radiation gain is significantly improved,which can be widely applied in the wireless communication systems.
