摘  要:针对隧穿磁阻效应(Tunneling Magnetoresistance, TMR)电流传感器线性度不理想、准确度易受温度变化和外磁场影响及测量分辨率低的问题,对TMR电流传感器的功率放大器进行改进并设计了U型探头结构。通过采用V/A转换电路作为功放电路,提高了传感器的线性度,同时有效解决了测量分辨率与反馈精度之间的矛盾。仿真结果表明,相较于传统的互补推挽电路,V/A转换电路将整体电路的非线性误差降低了96.7%。在对比测试中,尽管普通结构和U型差分结构均采用了V/A转换电路,但U型差分结构相较于普通结构能显著降低非线性误差(降低78.3%),灵敏度提高至1.263 V/A,平均相对误差减少了75.6%。结果表明,提出的U型差分结构在提升电流传感器性能方面效果显著,展现出良好的实际应用价值。In order to solve the problems of unsatisfactory linearity,susceptibility to temperature changes and external magnetic fields and low measurement resolution of Tunneling Magnetoresistance(TMR)current sensor,the power amplifier of TMR current sensor is improved and the U-type probe structure is designed.By using the V/A conversion circuit as the power amplifier circuit,the linearity of the sensor is improved,and the contradiction between the measurement resolution and the feedback accuracy is effectively solved.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional complementary push-pull circuit,the V/A conversion circuit reduces the nonlinear error of the whole circuit by 96.7%.In the comparative test,although the V/A conversion circuit is used in both the ordinary structure and the U-type differential structure,the U-type differential structure can still significantly reduce the nonlinearity error(by 78.3%),and its sensitivity is increased to 1.263 V/A,and the average relative error is reduced by 75.6%.These results show that the proposed U-type differential structure has a significant effect in improving the performance of the current sensor,and shows good practical application value.
