摘  要:海洋井架服役期间经常承受极端风载荷作用,定量评估其风载作用下的结构响应并指导安全风险预警尤为重要。采用有限元分析方法研究风载作用下井架高风险区,结合在线监测技术采集井架在台风期的结构响应数据,并建立风载作用下井架安全评级模型,对井架现状进行量化风险分级。应用结果表明:井架在风载作用下高风险区域处在结构不同分体的连接处,尤其是承载机构部位;井架在线监测设备可实现在台风期持续平稳运行,监测数据可为井架安全状态监测预警提供参考;井架安全风险评级模型可在充分结合井架实际服役状况及台风预警数据的前提下,实现井架量化安全风险评级。所得结论可为台风期井架安全风险预警及分级管控提供有益指导。Offshore derricks are often subjected to extreme wind loads during service,so it is particularly important to quantitatively evaluate their structural response under wind loads and guide safety risk warning.In this paper,the finite element analysis method was used to examine the high-risk area of the derrick under the action of wind load.Then,combined with the on-line monitoring technology,the structural response data of the derrick during the typhoon period were collected.Finally,a safety rating model of the derrick under the action of wind load was built to quantify the risk classification of the current situation of the derrick.The application results show that the high-risk area of the derrick under wind load is located at the connection of different structural components,especially at the load-bearing mechanism.The online monitoring equipment of derrick can run continuously and stably during typhoon periods,and the monitoring data can provide reference for the monitoring and early warning of the safety status of the derrick.The derrick safety risk rating model can achieve quantitative safety risk rating of the derrick by fully combining the actual service condition of derrick with the typhoon warning data.The research conclusions provide useful guidance for the safety risk warning and hierarchical control of derricks during typhoon periods.
