摘 要:为了提升水合物开采效率,采用Fluent-EDEM耦合计算的数值模拟方法探究喷嘴叶轮槽倾角、叶轮中心孔直径以及混合腔收缩角等结构参数,对直旋混合射流破碎天然气水合物效果的影响。研究结果表明:叶轮槽倾角在40°~60°范围内,直旋混合射流的破碎性能受叶轮槽倾角的影响程度较小,叶轮槽倾角为50°时,直旋混合射流的破碎效果最好;叶轮中心孔直径影响混合射流中直射流的比例,中心孔直径的增大会导致混合射流的轴向速度增大,切向速度减小,中心孔直径为1 mm时,直旋混合射流的破碎效果最好;混合腔收缩角较大时,混合射流流经收缩段的过程中,过流截面积迅速减小,不利于射流充分混合,较大的收缩角也会增大射流的能量损耗,在80°~120°范围内,收缩角为80°时,直旋混合射流的破碎效果最好。研究结果可为直旋混合射流在天然气水合物开采领域的应用提供一定的理论依据。To improve the natural gas hydrate recovery efficiency,the Fluent-EDEM coupling numerical simulation method was used to investigate the influence of structural parameters such as the impeller groove angle of nozzle,the center hole diameter of impeller and the convergence angle of mixing chamber on the crushing effect of natural gas hydrate by straight-swirling mixed jet.The study results show that when the impeller groove angle is 40°-60°,the impeller groove angle has small influence on the crushing performance of straight-swirling mixed jet,and when the impeller groove angle is 50°,the crushing performance of straight-swirling mixed jet is the best.The center hole diameter of impeller affects the proportion of straight jet in the mixed jet.An increase in the center hole diameter leads to an increase in the axial velocity of the mixed jet and a decrease in the tangential velocity.When the center hole diameter is 1 mm,the crushing performance of straight-swirling mixed jet is the best.At large convergence angle of mixing chamber,when the mixed jet flows through the constricted section,the open area rapidly decreases,which is not conducive to sufficient mixing of jet,and large convergence angle can also increase the energy loss of jet.In the range of 80°-120°,when the convergence angle is 80°,the crushing performance of straight-swirling mixed jet is the best.The study results provide certain theoretical basis for the application of straight-swirling mixed jet in the field of gas hydrate exploitation.
