摘  要:利用缓释固体示踪剂开展水平井产液剖面监测中,需要关井一定时间后再进行高频取样测试,导致影响产量、误差较大。为此,通过试验研究了影响示踪剂释放的关键因素,以释放速率与含水体积分数的正向线性关系作为基本理论,以释放速率与冲刷量间的正相关作为约束条件,建立生产条件下产液剖面与含水体积分数的数学模型;运用最小二乘法对产液剖面拟合求解,建立示踪剂连续监测方法,并利用冲刷试验对方法精度进行了验证。同时,在海上油田某ICD水平井中应用,完成了200余天连续测试,并有效分析了该井3个封隔段的产液剖面及其变化情况。研究结果表明:该方法室内测试误差小于10%,现场测试剖面结果与地质油藏参数趋于一致,准确性高。所得结论可为油田水平井管理提供一种便捷高效的监测手段。When the slow-release solid tracer is used to monitor the fluid producing profile of horizontal wells, high-frequency sampling test needs to be conducted after having shut in the well for a certain period of time, which affects the production rate and also leads to big errors. In this paper, the key factors affecting tracer release were identified through experiments. Taking the positive linear relationship between release rate and volume fraction of water as the fundamental theory and the positive correlation between release rate and wash load as the constraint, a mathematical model of the fluid producing profile and volume fraction of water under production conditions was established. The least square method was used to fit and solve the fluid producing profile, and a continuous monitoring method of tracer was established. Moreover, the accuracy of the method was verified by washing tests. Finally, the method was applied in an ICD horizontal well of an offshore oilfield, more than 200 days of continuous testing were completed, and the fluid producing profile and its changes in three isolated sections of the well were effectively analyzed. The research results show that the laboratory test error of the method is less than 10%, the field test profile results tend to be consistent with the geological reservoir parameters, and the accuracy is high. This study provides a convenient and efficient monitoring method for the management of horizontal wells in oilfields.
