摘  要:油气田开发中,页岩油气体积压裂完成后,准确评估压裂效果对于优化开采策略至关重要。为此,引入了井下可视化技术。该技术能够直观展现井内实际状况,相较于其他测井技术,其独特的视觉呈现能力更具优势。为了提升井下射孔压裂效果评价的效率与准确性,提出了获取高质量视频信号的工程方法,构建了一套全面的射孔压裂效果评价体系。借助高分辨率的光学成像技术,精确测量了压裂前后的射孔尺寸,并运用进砂分布(Sand Entry Distribution, SED)公式来估算进砂量,从而科学评价压裂效率。在川南区块的实际应用中,成功利用高清成像技术实现了对国内页岩气井射孔压裂炮眼的精准观测,井内炮眼清晰可辨。成功测量了炮眼的形状、尺寸(包括周长和面积)以及冲蚀面积等数据,并据此估算出压裂后每个射孔内支撑剂的体积,为后续压裂改造提供了坚实的依据。通过SED分析,作业者能够优化压裂参数,实现更理想的进砂分布,从而提升油气田的产能。An accurate performance evaluation after volume fracturing of shale oil/gas reservoirs is crucial to the optimization of production strategies in field development.In this regard,a downhole visualization technology was introduced.It can intuitively display the downhole conditions,and has a unique visual presentation ability,making it more advantageous than other logging techniques.To improve the efficiency and accuracy of evaluation of downhole perforation and fracturing performance,an engineering method for obtaining high-quality video signals was proposed,and a comprehensive perforation and fracturing performance evaluation system was constructed.With the help of high-resolution optical imaging technology,the perforation size before and after fracturing was accurately measured,and the sand entry distribution (SED) formula was used to estimate the sand inflow,thus scientifically evaluating the fracturing efficiency.In the South Sichuan block,the high-definition imaging technology was successfully used to achieve precise observation of perforations in shale gas wells,allowing for clear and distinguishable perforations in the borehole.The shape,size (including perimeter and area) and erosion area of the perforati ons were successfully measured,and accordingly the volume of proppant in each perforation after fracturing was estimated,providing a solid basis for subsequent fracturing stimulation.The SED analysis allows operators to optimize fracturing parameters for more ideal sand entry distribution,thus improving the productivity of oil and gas fields.
