摘　　要：报告1例获得性特发性全身无汗症。患者男,20岁,急性起病,发现无汗2个月就诊。患者剧烈运动后体温升高,全身无汗,伴胸、背部胆碱能性荨麻疹。神经系统检查未见明显阳性体征。胸背部及四肢行碘淀粉试验未见变色。实验室检查示血清癌胚抗原升高。左前臂皮损组织病理检查示小汗腺数量及分布均正常,小汗腺周围见淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:获得性特发性全身无汗症。A case of acquired idiopathic generalized anhidrosis(AIGA)is reported.The patient was a 20-year-old male with acute onset,had no sweating for 2 months.After strenuous physical activity,the patient developed elevated body temperature,diffuse anhidrosis,and cholinergic urticaria in the chest and back.Physical and neurological examination were within normal limits.The patient experienced generalized anhidrosis with iodine-starch test.Laboratory tests revealed elevated serum CEA level(13.51μg/L)and were otherwise unremarkable.Histopathological examination on the rash of the left forearm revealed normal numbers and distribution of eccrine sweat glands and ducts with a lymphocytic infiltrate in the peri-eccrine region.A diagnosis of AIGA was made.
