摘　　要：本文通过分析商用电磁灶国标GB 40876-2021与行标SB/T 10548-2009两个标准在功率适用范围、能效限定值、能效测试方法的差异,解读这些重要技术参数变化的原因,并分析影响电磁灶能效的关键因素,为能效测试及产品研发提供参考,为提高商用电磁灶产品节能水平提供建议。This article analyzes the differences between the national standard GB 40876-2021 and the industry standard SB/T 10548-2009 for commercial induction cookers in terms of power application range,minimum allowable values,and energy efficiency testing methods.It interprets the reasons for the changes in these important technical parameters and analyzes the key factors which affect the energy efficiency of induction cookers.To provide references for testing and product development and suggestions for improving the energy-saving level of commercial induction cookers.
