摘 要:压缩机低频低负荷时会吸液并产生湿压缩,为了研究湿压缩对压缩机输气效率的影响,采用第二制冷剂量热器法对不同吸气干度下的压缩机无效压缩量进行了研究。通过实验分析得出吸气干度随制冷量的变化成正比例关系。随着干度减小,无效压缩量逐渐增加。此外,还表明了吸气干度越小,湿压缩程度越高,压缩机的输气效率就越低,但输气效率存在极小值。When the compressor is under low frequency and low load,it will suck in liquid and produce wet compression.In order to study the influence of wet compression on the gas transmission efficiency of the compressor,the second refrigerant calorimeter method was used to study the amount of invalid compression in a compressor under different inspiratory dryness.Through experimental analysis,it is found that the variation of inspiratory dryness degree is directly proportional to the variation of cooling capacity.With the decrease of dryness,the amount of invalid compression increases gradually.In addition,it shows that the lower the inspiratory dryness,the higher the degree of wet compression,the lower the gas transmission efficiency of the compressor,but there is a minimum value of gas transmission efficiency.
