摘  要:本文以风冷冰箱冷藏风道为研究对像,介绍了实验载体透明可视化风道如何制作,同时还介绍了基于氢气泡可视化技术的实验设备构造以及实验方法,并对冷藏风道进行了流场可视化分析实验,实验结果与冷藏风道CFD仿真分析结果一致。基于此提高风道结构设计评估的高效率、准确性、可靠性。In this paper,the refrigeration air duct of air-cooled refrigerator is taken as the research object,and how to make the transparent visual air duct of the experimental carrier is introduced,and the experimental equipment structure and experimental method based on hydrogen bubble visualization technology are also introduced,and the flow field visualization analysis experiment is carried out on the refrigerated air duct,and the experimental results are consistent with the CFD simulation analysis results of the refrigerated air duct.Based on this,the high efficiency,accuracy and reliability of air duct structure design evaluation are improved.
