摘 要:当变频空调器压缩机电机的输入功率较高时,经过电机的电流会较大,当电机长期受到大电流冲击后会导致压缩机电机退磁最终损坏压缩机,此问题对空调器和压缩机的可靠性有着至关重要的影响,所以对于变频空调器来说,如何避免压缩机电机出现大电流是必须要重点关注和研究的问题。本文对导致压缩机出现瞬间大电流的因素进行分析,确定液击和缺油会导致压缩机瞬间电流会达到模块电流保护电流值,然后从防止液击及控制逻辑优化改善回油两个方面进行了详细分析,对压缩机出现瞬间电流过高的问题提出了有效的解决措施,并根据理论分析和实验验证证明了解决方案的有效性。When the input power of the compressor motor in a variable frequency air conditioner is high,the current passing through the motor will be larger.When the motor is subjected to long-term high current shocks,it will cause demagnetization of the compressor motor and ultimately damage the compressor.This problem has a crucial impact on the reliability of the air conditioner and compressor.Therefore,for variable frequency air conditioners,how to avoid large current in the compressor motor is a key issue that must be focused on and studied.This article analyzes the factors that cause instantaneous high current in the compressor,determines that liquid shock and oil shortage can cause the instantaneous current of the compressor to reach the module current protection current value.Then,a detailed analysis is conducted from two aspects:preventing liquid shock and optimizing control logic to improve oil return.Effective solutions are proposed for the problem of instantaneous high current in the compressor,and the effectiveness of the solution is proved through theoretical analysis and experimental verification.
