摘 要:本文提出了基于理论解析的电机设计方法,通过数学公式对各个能量(电磁转矩、铜损、铁损)进行解析计算、推导,并提炼出影响能量的关键因子。此方法能有效帮助工程师进行更加高效的电机设计。同时以某款电机为案例,采用理论解析方法对各个能量进行计算,给出电机设计方案并制作原理件测试,效果达到预期,同时理论与实测误差5 %以内,证明理论解析方法的可行性。This article proposes a motor design method based on theoretical analysis,which analyzes and derives various energies (electromagnetic torque,copper loss,iron loss) through mathematical formulas,and extracts key factors that affect energy.This method can effectively assist engineers in designing motors more efficiently.At the same time,taking a certain motor as a case study,theoretical analysis methods were used to calculate various energies,and a motor design scheme was proposed and principle components were made for testing.The results achieved the expected results,and the theoretical and actual measurement errors were within 5 %,proving the feasibility of the theoretical analysis method.
