摘 要:病毒感染是导致自身免疫抗体产生以及诱发自身免疫性疾病的环境因素中的重要组成部分。目前,已有较多文献报道新冠病毒肺炎患者发展为多种自身免疫性疾病,因此有学者提出新冠病毒感染可能引发遗传易感者自身免疫反应的假设。本文介绍了1例新型冠状病毒感染伴气管支气管软化的病例,希望借此病例进一步讨论新型冠状病毒感染与气管支气管软骨炎之间的可能关联,以便临床医生更好地制定临床决策。Viral infection is an important component of the environmental factors that contribute to the production of autoimmune antibodies and autoimmune diseases.There is considerable evidence that COVID-19 patients are more likely to develop several types of autoimmune diseases.Therefore,some researchers hypothesize that COVID-19 infection may trigger the autoimmune response in genetically susceptible individuals.This article presents a case of COVID-19 infection with tracheobronchomalacia.The possible relationship between the pathogenesis of tracheobronchial chondritis and COVID-19 infection is discussed in this article.Respiratory physicians should be aware of the possible relationship between COVID-19 infection and autoimmune disease,and then make better clinical decisions for these patients.
