日粮中添加蛋清溶菌酶多聚体对断奶仔猪生长性能和血清生化指标的影响

摘  要:试验旨在研究断奶仔猪日粮中添加蛋清溶菌酶多聚体对其生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。试验选用180头28日龄,初始体重为(7.96±0.60) kg的杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪,按体重、性别,随机分配到5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复6头猪。试验采用玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,分别在基础日粮中添加0、30、60、90、120 mg/kg蛋清溶菌酶多聚体。试验期为28 d。结果表明,随着日粮中蛋清溶菌酶多聚体添加水平的提高,断奶仔猪的平均日增重(ADG)呈显著线性和二次升高(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)呈显著线性和二次降低(P<0.05);且日粮中添加60~90 mg/kg的蛋清溶菌酶多聚体显著提高断奶仔猪的ADG(P<0.05),60~120 mg/kg的蛋清溶菌酶多聚体显著降低断奶仔猪的F/G(P<0.05)。日粮中添加60~90 mg/kg的蛋清溶菌酶多聚体显著降低断奶仔猪试验第14天血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-α(IFN-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-4(IL-4)和白介素-8(IL-8)的含量(P<0.05)。日粮中添加30~90 mg/kg的蛋清溶菌酶多聚体显著降低断奶仔猪试验第28天血清中TNF-α、IFN-α、IFN-γ、白介素-7(IL-7)和IL-8的含量(P<0.05),60~120 mg/kg的蛋清溶菌酶多聚体显著降低血清中IL-7和IL-8的含量(P<0.05)。日粮中添加60~120 mg/kg的蛋清溶菌酶多聚体显著提高断奶仔猪试验第14天血清中补体C4、免疫球蛋白A和M的含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加蛋清溶菌酶多聚体能够改善断奶仔猪生长性能,降低血清中炎症因子的水平,提高机体的免疫能力。This experiment was conducted to inves-tigate the effects of dietary supplementation of egg white lysozyme polymers on growth performance and serum biochemical indices of weaned piglets.A total of 180 weaned Duroc×Landrace×large hybrid piglets at the age of 28 days with an initial body weight of(7.96±0.60)kg were randomly assigned to 5 treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 6 pigs per replicate according to body weight and sex.A corn-soybean meal basal diet was used in the experiment.0,30,60,90 and 120 mg/kg egg white lysozyme polymers were added to the basal diet,respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:with the increase of the dietary lysozyme polymer supplemental level of egg white,ADG was sig-nificantly linearly and twice increased(P<0.05),and F/G was significantly linearly and twice decreased(P<0.05);in addition,dietary supplementation of 60 to 90 mg/kg egg lysozyme polymers significantly increased ADG of weaned piglets(P<0.05),and 60 to 120 mg/kg egg lysozyme polymers significantly decreased F/G of weaned piglets(P<0.05).Supplementation of 60 to 90 mg/kg egg white lysozyme polymer significantly decreased the contents of TNF-α,IFN-α,IFN-γ,IL-1β,IL-4 and IL-8 in serum of weaned piglets on day 14(P<0.05).Supplementation of 30 to 90 mg/kg egg white lysozyme polymer significantly decreased the con-tents of TNF-α,IFN-α,IFN-γ,IL-7 and IL-8 in serum of weaned piglets on day 28(P<0.05).The con-tents of IL-7 and IL-8 in serum were significantly decreased by 60-120 mg/kg egg white lysozyme polymers(P<0.05).Supplementation of 60-120 mg/kg egg white lysozyme polymer significantly increased the con-tents of complement C4,IgA and IgM in serum of weaned piglets on day 14(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of egg white lysozyme polymers could improved the growth performance of weaned piglets,reduced the level of serum inflammatory factors,and enhanced the immune capacity of the body.
