摘  要:采用改进的溶剂热法制备出长径比银纳米线,探讨了前驱物硝酸银浓度、结构导向剂PVP与AgNO_(3)的比值、反应温度、反应时间等工艺条件对银纳米线制备的影响规律,并对其在高长径比银纳米线合成过程中的作用进行了分析讨论。结果表明:在前驱物硝酸银浓度25mmol/L、结构导向剂PVP与AgNO_(3)体积比50:28、反应温度170℃、反应时间150min等工艺参数下,成功制备出均匀性好、平均直径为38.88nm、平均长度超过100μm、长径比超过2500的银纳米线。银纳米线因其具有独特性能,故被视为替代氧化铟锡(ITO)的理想的下一代柔性透明电极材料,在商业化应用中极具潜力。Silver nanowires are considered as the ideal next-generation flexible transparent electrode material to replace indium tin oxide(ITO)due to their unique properties.Silver nanowires with aspect ratio were prepared by using a solvent thermal method.The influence of process conditions such as the concentration of precursor silver nitrate,the ratio of structure directing agent PVP/AgNO_(3),the temperature and time of reaction on the preparation of silver nanowires was investigated,and its role in the synthesis of high aspect ratio silver nanowires was analyzed and discussed.The results showed that under process parameters such as the concentration of precursor silver nitrate 25mmol/L,the volume ratio of structure directing agent PVP to AgNO_(3)50∶28,the temperature of reaction 170℃,and the time of reaction 150 minutes,silver nanowires with good uniformity,average diameter 38.88nm,average length exceeding 100μm,and aspect ratio exceeding 2500 were successfully prepared,providing a material basis for their application in transparent electrode materials and other fields.
