高校科技创新成果转化影响因素与提升路径研究——基于PLS-SEM与fsQCA的实证分析

摘　　要：为开启高校科技创新成果转化过程的“黑箱”系统,探究形成“科技创新资源投入→科技创新成果产出→科技创新成果转化”的科技创新成果转化路径.首先,采用偏最小二乘结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)分析影响因素对高校科技创新成果转化的影响程度,厘清影响科技创新成果转化的逻辑路径.其次,为进一步研究各影响因素交互作用,利用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA)探究影响因素与成果转化之间条件组态影响机制.最后,研究结果表明,结构方程模型验证了促进高校科技创新成果转化路径的有效性,经济发展水平和产业结构变迁发挥了调节作用.科技创新资源与其它影响要素的聚集组合,共同推动了高校科技创新成果转化,助力高校科技创新人才培养.In order to open the"black box"system of the transformation process of scientific and technological innovation achievements in universities,we explore the formation of the transformation system of"resource input→achievement output→achievement transformation".Firstly,partial least squares structural equation model(PLS-SEM)is used to analyse the influence of influencing factors on the transformation achievements,and clarify the logical path.Secondly,in order to further study the interaction of influencing factors,fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)was used to explore the conditional group state influence mechanism between influencing factors and achievement transformation.Finally,results show that the structural equation model verifies the validity of the path to promote the transformation of scientific and technological innovation in universities,and that the level of economic development and the level of industrial structure play a moderating role in promoting the transformation of achievements.The aggregation and combination of innovation resources and other influencing factors jointly promote the transformation achievements of universities and help cultivate innovation talents in universities.
