耳廓及耳周注射在中国人群面部年轻化应用的专家共识

摘　　要：正确的耳廓位置和完美的耳廓形态会使容貌更趋和谐、美观,对面部形态的完整性和美观性十分重要。随着注射美容技术的不断发展,越来越多的人开始尝试耳廓抗衰。但目前缺乏耳廓及耳周注射在面部年轻化中运用的循证医学证据,也缺少相关注射规范及耳廓美学研究,容易导致耳廓注射的泛滥。为此,中国妇幼保健协会医疗美容专业委员会组织专家制定了针对中国人群的耳廓及耳周注射的专家共识。本共识内容涉及耳廓美学、注射目的、解剖学基础、注射方法及并发症处理等多个方面,希望通过该共识为耳廓及耳周注射在面部年轻化中的应用提供医学证据,推进耳廓及耳周注射的规范化管理。Correcting ear position and perfecting ear shape can make appearance more harmonious and beautiful,which are of great significance for facial integrity and aesthetics.With the development of cosmetic anti-aging,an increasing number of people are attempting ear anti-aging.However,there is a lack of evidence-based research on ear and periauricular injection in facial anti-aging,as well as a lack of standardized injection and ear aesthetics,which may lead to the unregulated spread of ear injection.The Medical Aesthetics Professional Committee of the Chinese Maternal and Child Health Association organized and wrote the expert consensus on ear and periauricular injection for Chinese.This expert consensus covers ear aesthetics,injection purposes,ear anatomy,injection methods and complication treatment,provides medical evidence for the ear and periauricular injection in facial anti-aging,and promotes the standardization of ear and periauricular injection.
