摘　　要：敏感性皮肤是一种日益常见的皮肤综合征,对生活质量有很大影响,需持续研究。体外和临床试验显示,羧甲基脱乙酰壳多糖、生物糖胶-2、神经酰胺和重组人源化Ⅲ型胶原蛋白等能显著提升细胞活力、加速细胞修复、降低炎症因子、增加胶原蛋白分泌。这些成分组合的产品,使用28天后,显著提高了皮肤含水量,降低了经皮失水率,改善了皮肤屏障功能,减少了血液灌注量,增强了皮肤弹性。这为敏感性皮肤提供了一个有效、多维度的护理方案。Sensitive skin is an increasingly common skin syndrome that has a significant impact on quality of life and requires ongoing research.In vitro and clinical trials had shown that ingredients such as carboxymethyl deacetylated chitosan,bioglycocollagen-2,ceramides and recombinant humanized collagen III could significantly enhance cellular viability,accelerate cellular repair,reduce inflammatory factors,and increase collagen production.The combination of these ingredients significantly increased skin water content,reduced transdermal water loss,improved skin barrier function,reduced blood perfusion and enhanced skin elasticity after 28 d of use.This provides a new and effective solution for the care of sensitive skin.
