摘　　要：根据脱发发生的不同机制,利用多种针对性活性成分协同复配并评价其临床干预效果。通过将腺苷、左旋肉碱酒石酸盐、三肽-1铜等作为主要活性物,复配制作防脱精华液,利用临床试验观察对人群防脱固发效果。结果表明经过84天的连续使用,受试者头发脱落数量显著减少,头发密度增加,生长期毛发比例上升,休止期毛发比例下降。因此,针对脱发发生机制,利用相应的活性物进行复配,可显著改善人群脱发情况,为防脱发产品的研发开辟了新途径。The clinical efficacy of a synergistic combination of multiple active ingredients targeting various mechanisms of hair loss was evaluated.Adenosine,L-carnitine tartrate,and tripeptide-1 copper were used as the main active ingredients to formulate an anti-hair loss essence,and a clinical trial was used to evaluate the anti-hair loss and hair solidification effects on human subjects.After 84 d of continuous application,the number of hair loss and the proportion of hair in the telogen phase were significantly reduced in the subjects,while the density of hair and the proportion of hair in the growth phase were significantly increased.In summary,based on the various mechanisms of hair loss,the use of targeting active substances in formulations can significantly improve the hair loss situation of the population and open up a new way for the development of anti-hair loss products.
