摘　　要：中医认为慢性鼻炎的病位主要在于脾肺,其内治、外治多用芳香药物。苍耳子散用治慢性鼻炎历史悠久,应用其组方药物的精油进行芳香吸嗅疗法,具有治疗作用持久、临床效果显著、给药方式灵活、心身兼治等优势,对未来慢性鼻炎的治疗和药物研发具有重要现实意义和较好市场前景。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the main location of chronic rhinitis lies in the spleen and lungs,and aromatic drugs are often used for internal and external treatments.Xanthium powder has a long history of treating chronic rhinitis,and the application of the essential oils of its formula for aromatic sniffing therapy has advantages such as long-lasting therapeutic effects,significant clinical effects,flexible administration methods,and psychological and physical treatment.It has important practical significance and good market prospects for the future treatment and drug development of chronic rhinitis.
