摘　　要：试验通过斑马鱼试验、人体功效评价试验研究了含质量分数0.5%神经酰胺功能物质乳霜的舒缓、修护功效。结果表明,含质量分数0.5%神经酰胺功能物质的乳霜可显著抑制斑马鱼中性粒细胞数量、促进尾鳍面积修复;结合人体功效评价的组胺建模舒缓试验、SLS斑贴损伤模拟试验及人体保湿功效评价试验结果,含质量分数0.5%神经酰胺功能物质的乳霜可舒缓人体皮肤应激后产生的瘙痒与红斑,并显著提升皮肤角质层水分含量和降低经皮水分流失。上述结果提示含质量分数0.5%神经酰胺功能物质的乳霜具有一定的舒缓、修护功效。The soothing and repairing efficacies of the cream containing 0.5%(in mass fraction)ceramide had been investigated in zebrafish tests and human efficacy evaluation tests.The results showed that the cream containing 0.5%ceramide not only significantly suppressed the number of neutrophils in zebrafish,but also contributed to the repair of the caudal fin area.The human efficacy evaluation was obtained through histamine modeling and soothing tests,combined with the results of the SLS patch damage simulation test and the human moisturizing efficacy evaluation test,which showed that the cream containing 0.5%ceramide functional substances could relieve itching and erythema after human skin stress.It also greatly improved the moisture content of the stratum corneum and reduced transdermal water loss.The above results suggested that the cream containing 0.5%ceramide functional substance had some soothing and repairing efficacies.
