摘  要:从抑制5α-还原酶和头皮健康这两个与脱发高度相关的领域出发,研究了透明质酸锌与防脱发相关的几个重要生物学指标。首先,通过细胞划痕迁移试验,发现透明质酸锌(0.0625 mg/mL)能显著促进受损角质形成细胞的修复,并且效果上优于同含量的透明质酸钠。这说明透明质酸锌在头皮受损后,更有利于重建皮肤屏障,促进头发的健康生长。其次,通过促进角膜锁链蛋白(CDSN)表达的试验,发现透明质酸锌(0.0156 mg/mL)可以显著促进CDSN的表达,有效提高皮肤屏障功能,为毛发生长提供更好的头皮屏障环境。最后,通过测定从大鼠前列腺中提取的5α-还原酶活性,发现不同含量的透明质酸锌均可显著抑制5α-还原酶活性,并且比非那雄胺具有更显著的抑制作用,显示了对于二氢睾酮(DHT)引起的雄激素脱发具有潜在防治效果。A pioneering study on several important biological indicators related to hair loss prevention with zinc hyaluronate was undertaken,based on the two fields highly relevant to hair loss,5α-reductase inhibition and scalp health.Firstly,through a cellular scratch migration experiment,it was found that zinc hyaluronate(0.0625 mg/mL)could significantly promote the repair of damaged keratinocytes,and its effect was superior to that of sodium hyaluronate at the same concentration.This suggests that zinc hyaluronate is more beneficial to rebuild the skin barrier after scalp damage and promote healthy hair growth.Secondly,through experiments to promote the expression of corneodesmosin(CDSN),it was found that zinc hyaluronate(0.0156 mg/mL)could significantly promote the expression of CDSN,effectively improve the skin barrier function,and provide a better scalp barrier environment for hair growth.Finally,through the detection of 5α-reductase activity extracted from rat prostate,it was found that different concentrations of zinc hyaluronate could significantly inhibit 5α-reductase activity,and it had a more significant inhibitory effect than finasteride,showing potential preventive and therapeutic effects on androgenetic alopecia caused by dihydrotestosterone(DHT).
