摘　　要：为了评估宣称添加高含量烟酰胺样品真实性和样品中烟酸的添加水平,建立化妆品中烟酰胺和烟酸的高效液相色谱分析方法,对宣称高含量烟酰胺的化妆品进行风险监测。样品经甲醇分散提取,经C18-AQ柱(250mm×4.6mm×5μm)分离,梯度洗脱,二极管阵列检测器测定,外标法定量。结果发现,烟酸和烟酰胺在0.5~20μg/mL与色谱峰面积线性关系良好(R2>0.9995),检出限为0.0005%。在5种基质中的加标回收率为87.4%~110.5%,相对标准偏差为0.7%~2.7%。采用该方法对网购的17批宣称高含量烟酰胺的化妆品进行检测,发现有部分样品检出烟酰胺含量远低于宣称含量,且样品中普遍检出一定含量的烟酸,进而根据检测结果对化妆品监管部门和生产企业提出相应的参考建议。In order to evaluate the authenticity of cosmetics claimed to contain high content of nicotinamide and the content level of niacin in samples,a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of nicotinamide and niacin in cosmetics was established,and the risk monitoring of cosmetics claimed to contain high content of nicotinamide was carried out.The samples were extracted by methanol dispersion,separated by a C18-AQ column(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)with gradient elution,determined by a diode array detector,and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that niacin and nicotin had good linearity with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.5-20μg/mL(R2>0.9995),and the detection limit was 0.0005%.The spiked recoveries in 5 matrices were 87.4%-110.5%,and the relative standard deviations were 0.7%-2.7%.17 batches of cosmetics claiming high content of nicotinamide purchased online were tested with this method.It was found that the content of nicotin in some samples was far lower than the claimed content,and a certain content of nicotinic acid was generally detected in the samples.According to the results,corresponding reference suggestions were put forward for the cosmetics regulatory authorities and manufacturers.
