积雪草中3种皂苷的测定及其对角质形成细胞迁移的影响

摘　　要：利用高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)测定了积雪草提取物中积雪草苷、羟基积雪草苷、积雪草苷B的含量,并利用角质形成细胞生长试验考察这3种物质对细胞增殖、迁移的影响。试验结果表明,积雪草提取物中积雪草苷、羟基积雪草苷、积雪草苷B质量分数分别为2.85%、5.00%、5.04%;质量浓度0.0156~0.0625 mg/mL的积雪草苷、0.0391~0.1563mg/mL的羟基积雪草苷和积雪草苷B均能促进角质形成细胞迁移,但积雪草苷B对角质形成细胞迁移的能力不及羟基积雪草苷和积雪草苷。The contents of asiaticoside,madecassoside and asiaticoside B in the raw material of Centella asiatica were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and their effects on proliferation and migration of keratinocytes were investigated by cell scratch assays.The results showed that the contents of asiaticoside,madecassoside and asiaticoside B in centella asiatica extract were 2.85%,5.00%and 5.04%respectively(all in mass fraction).Asiaticoside,madecassoside,asiaticoside B could promote the migration of keratinocytes in the mass concentration rang of 0.0156~0.0625,0.0391~0.1563,0.0391~0.1563 mg/mL,respectively;but the ability of asiaticoside B to migrate keratinocytes is inferior to that of madecassoside or asiaticoside.
