摘  要:为探讨重组纤连蛋白在皮肤修复中的作用,构建了离体皮肤基底膜紫外损伤模型和小鼠皮肤机械屏障损伤试验模型,并进行了人体头部皮肤屏障修护测试。结果表明,添加重组纤连蛋白后,光损伤的基底膜中2种结构蛋白(Collagen Ⅳ和Laminin5)的含量显著增加,小鼠背部皮肤愈合状态显著改善。同时,显著降低了受试者头部皮肤经皮水分散失(TEWL)值,改善了头皮屏障功能,缓解了头皮敏感状态。这为进一步研究纤连蛋白修复基底膜的分子机制、精准开发皮肤护理产品提供了参考。To explore the role of recombinant fibronectin in skin repair,ex vivo skin basement membrane ultraviolet injury models and mouse skin mechanical barrier injury experimental models were constructed,and human skin barrier repair tests were conducted.The results showed that the addition of recombinant fibronectin significantly increased the contents of 2 structural proteins(Collagen Ⅳ and Laminin5)in the light damaged basement membrane,and significantly improved the healing status of the mouse back skin.At the same time,it significantly reduced the trans epidermal water loss(TEWL)value of the skin on the head of the subjects,improved scalp barrier function,and alleviated scalp sensitivity.This provides a reference for further research on the molecular mechanism of fibronectin repairing basement membranes and the precise development of skin care products.
