摘  要:【目的】为解决氢燃料电池汽车车载氢存在的安全问题,保证燃料电池汽车能长周期运行安全。基于氢的特性及全生命周期理论,提出全生命周期车载氢安全策略,并进行车载氢安全检测系统软硬件设计。【方法】首先,利用集成化的ESP-12F Wi-Fi模组设计来制作设备端,用于数据的在线采集。其次,基于百度智能云平台构建物接入(IoT Hub)、时序数据库(TSDB)和物可视(IOTV)等数据处理模块,用于数据的云端互联。【结果】通过模拟测试,该系统不仅实现了对环境温湿度、氢气泄漏量等安全指标数据的在线采集、存储、展示和超值报警等功能,还将设备端采集到的数据以时间序列存储至云端数据库。【结论】研究结果表明,该系统可为全生命周期内燃料电池汽车用氢状态分析提供数据支持,是解决燃料电池汽车车载氢安全问题的一种新技术方案。[Purposes]This paper aims to solve the hydrogen safety problem of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and ensure the safety of the long-term operation of fuel cell vehicles.Based on the characteristics of hydrogen and the whole life cycle theory,a whole life cycle onboard hydrogen safety strategy is proposed,and the software and hardware design of the on-board hydrogen safety detection system is carried out.[Methods]First,the in⁃tegrated ESP-12F Wi-Fi module was used to design and manufacture the device side for online data collection.Secondly,Baidu’s intelligent cloud platform was used to build data processing modules such as Internet of Things Hub(IoT Hub),time-series database(TSDB)and Internet of Things Hub Visualization(IOTV),which are used for cloud interconnection of data.[Findings]Through the simulation test,the system not only realizes the functions of online collection,storage,display and over-value alarm of safety in⁃dex data such as environmental temperature and humidity and hydrogen leakage,but also stores the data col⁃lected on the equipment side to the cloud database in a time series.[Conclusions]The results show that the system can provide data support for the analysis of the hydrogen status of fuel cell vehicles in the whole life cycle,which is a new technical solution to solve the hydrogen safety problem of fuel cell vehicles.
