摘 要:以聚苯乙烯微塑料(Polystyrene microplastics)为对象,采用单因素和响应面实验探究不同因素对斜生四链藻去除聚苯乙烯微塑料的影响,并采用吸附动力学实验探究其去除机理。结果表明,当pH值为10.33,OD680为2.82,转速为328 r/min,混合时间为120 min,沉降时间为180 min时去除效果最佳,去除率为(90.08±1.32)%;根据动力学(其主要机理为化学吸附)分析,吸附达到平衡时,微藻吸附容量达0.751 mg/g。通过优化处理条件,实现了微藻高效絮凝沉降微塑料,为实现绿色环保的微塑料去除提供了理论支持。Single-factor and response surface experiments were conducted to explore the effects of different factors on the removal of Polystyrene microplastics by polystyrene microplastics,and the removal mechanism of polystyrene microplastics was investigated by adsorption kinetics experiments.The results show that when pH value is 10.33,ODeso is 2.82,rotational speed is 328 r/min,mixing time is 120 min and settling time is 180 min,the removal efficiency is(90.08±1.32)%.According to the kinetic analysis(the main mechanism is chemisorption),the adsorption capacity of microalgae reaches 0.751 mg/g when the adsorption reaches equilibrium.By optimizing the treatment conditions,the efficient flocculation and sedimentation of microplastics by microalgae were realized,which provided theoretical support for the removal of green and environmentally friendly microplastics.
